Manufacture Parts in Days Not Weeks
Klock Werks Kustom Cycles needed to build motorcycle parts in record time, so they used a Stratasys FDM system to turn CAD files into parts with the strength and accuracy a competition bike demands. Traditional tooling would have taken four weeks and cost $20,000.

RTV Molding Using Stratasys WaterWorks Cores
Stratasys FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) offers an easy, fast and cost-effective alternative to machining or molding complex soluble cores. Instead of building the core in an FDM model material, it is made from WaterWorks support material. After casting, the WaterWorks core dissolves and leaves the desired cavity in the urethane part.

FDM parts are durable and functional. Using FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling), Stratasys systems can build in ABS-M30, ABSi, PC, PC-ABS, PC-ISO, and PPSF – tough enough to withstand rigorous testing and real world use. These high-performance engineering materials won't warp, shrink, or absorb moisture.
