This Stuff Makes Me Crazy In my previous life, I took on Smart Money because they wrote a hit piece on the industry I was covering at the time. I guess I’m not shocked that I find myself in the same position once again, but I am shocked by how soon I’m put in the same position here in solar.
This time, instead of Smart Money, it’s Fox News that’s decided to take a potshot at the solar industry in this broadcast. Their argument is simply this: The Solyndra bankruptcy is just the tip of the iceberg. In typical Fox News hyperbole, they have extrapolated this to mean that the entire solar industry is on its last legs, all evidence to the contrary.
